Q: Does the workbook include answers and explanations?
A: The KISS IT: TEAS 6 Math Edition includes answers to every practice problem. Explanations are given for the Diagnostic Exam and the 2 Full Length Practice Exams.
A: The KISS IT: Practice Test Edition includes answers and explanations for each of the 5 Full Length Practice Exams.
Q: Where can I locate my digital files (e-books, online practice tests,etc...)?
A: Links for digital files are sent to your email address via SendOwl immediately after your purchase.
Q: I checked my email, and I did not see a link for the digital file.

A: Unfortunately, we do not allow the exchange of products. Please read product descriptions prior to purchase.
Online Practice Tests
Q: When do my practice tests expire?
A: Practice tests do not have an expiration date.
Q: How many times can I take my practice tests?
A: Each practice test allows 2 attempts.
QuadPay
Q: When using QuadPay, do I receive my merchandise after I pay in full?
A: Purchases made via QuadPay are fulfilled immediately after you place your order. Your remaining payments are subject to QuadPay, we do not have access to your payment agreement with the company.
Q: My QuadPay application was denied, are there any alternative payment methods?
A: Unfortuanately, QuadPay is the only payment plan that we offer. All other payments are made in full at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Q: Where can I locate my tracking information?
Shipment updates are sent via email, your tracking number is sent to you once your order has left our facility.
Q: The tracking number says my package has been delivered, but I didn't receive it; how do I locate my package?
Shipping is handled via USPS, any and all questions in reference to missing packages should be directed to their customer service line or your local post office.
Q: How long will it take for my book to ship after I place an order?
A: All orders take 1-2 business days to process before they are prepared for shipment.
